1. Customer may choose to return the unstitched/non-custom made/damaged item within 7 calendar days from the date of shipment, as long as:
⇒The product is unused and not modified/altered in any manner.
⇒The product is not customized.
⇒The product retains its original tag, packaging and is returned in the same conditions as delivered by Raunaq Boutique.
⇒The original invoice is returned along with the product.
⇒Customer needs to bear the shipping costs while returning the product.
⇒We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by customer while purchasing the item.
2. Upon receipt of your returned items, you will receive a store credit redeemable for future purchases at Raunaq Boutique within 3 working days. In case of damaged returned items, customer may opt for either store credit or a refund. At any point of time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods. We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
3. Returns for custom stitched/stitched dresses falls under “No Return/Exchange” category; unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to amiss from our side.
⇒We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
⇒Customer needs to bear the shipping costs while returning the products.
⇒We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.

1. You need to notify us first before returning any product. You may do this through the 'Returns' page on our web site before returning any product.
2. Following the below mentioned simple steps:
a. Mail us within 24 hours of delivery. Mention your Order Number in the subject line or send the email from the registered mail ID on our website.
b. Please ensure the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a sealed condition.
c. The original packaging including tags, boxes, covers should be intact while returning the merchandise.
d. All the returned merchandise should be packed safely to prevent any damage or loss during transit.
e. For all self shipment, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 7 days of raising the return request.
