How can I see my order status?
You will be able to track your order status if you have an account with us. Simply log in to your account, and you will be able to see your order status in the "My Orders" section.

What is a delivery estimate?
We ensure to ship your product at the earliest. Mostly delivered within 1 week. Usually, it is 2-3 weeks. This is the approximate time by which your order would reach your doorstep.

​How is my order shipped?
We work with some of the most reliable express cargo delivery services to ship your orders. We also insure all orders against transit related damages/theft etc.

 

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing your order on the website by mailing us at "care@raunaqboutique.com". Cancellations will not be possible after this time period. However, you can always return your purchase – refer to our Returns Policy below.

What is your Returns Policy?
You can choose to return your purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, as long as:
The product is unused and not modified/altered in any manner
The product is not customized
The product retains its original tag, packaging and is returned in the same conditions as delivered by Raunaq Boutique.
The original invoice is returned along with the product
Upon receipt of your returned items, you will receive a store credit towards a future purchase at Raunaq Boutique within 3 working days via email.

How can I return my order?
You can return your order within 7 days from the date of purchase. A credit note for your entire order amount would be issued to you.
Simply pack your item back in the box in which it arrived and be sure to include original invoice, tags, and other packaging materials and ship the product back to us. You will be guided on these steps by our Customer Care team.

What if my order is damaged/incomplete?
This is embarrassing! Call us at +918897598868 right away, and we shall do everything possible/impossible to set things right. In case of damaged goods, at the very least, we'll refund your entire purchase amount at the earliest.

 

SHOPPING

Retail Stores

We sell our merchandise exclusively through our website www.raunaqboutique.com. We do not have any offline stores or retail outlets in India.

Will the outfit look exactly the same as I see it on the website?
Barring minor color variations (which differ due to screen resolution, monitor brightness, operating system etc from computer to computer), what you see on our site is what you get.

Size/Length Customization/Color Change Requests
We do not customize or alter our outfits as they are pre-cut. However, most of our outfits can be easily altered as we give ample margins (up to 4 inches). The length of our lehengas can be easily altered from the waist-belt as they can be easily detached. Color change options and other customization requests in terms of sleeves/neckline etc are not undertaken for individual orders.

Request for Sold Out Items
We rarely accept orders for sold-out outfits. However, you can drop us a mail at care@raunaqboutique.com requesting for a sold out item, you will hear back from our team if we can make the outfit on request.

Delivery Time
It is 2-3 weeks. It may differ from 7 days to 20 days depending on the product/order. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Do you offer international shipping?
We ship our merchandise world wide. International shipping might take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. You will receive a tracking number as soon as we ship out your order from India.

Outside India: Shipping charges are volumetric and will be mentioned at the time of checkout.

We provide FREE shipping to any address in India.

What are your shipping charges outside of India?
Our shipping charges are calculated on actual weight of your order items. Contact us at care@raunaqboutique.com for specific rates while an placing order.

What about Import Duties/Customs/Taxes?
RAUNAQ BOUTIQUE will be responsible only for shipping your order to your destination country. Any clearance charges, taxes, import fees or duties applicable at the destination port will be borne directly by the customer. The shipping charge levied by us includes the cost of freight alone.

Returns/Exchange
Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for returns/exchange.
